  • AI coaching conversations: Messages and prompts you send to the AI coaching assistant

When you interact with the AI coaching assistant, your messages are sent to our AI provider to generate responses. We do not use your coaching conversations to train AI models. Conversation history is stored in your account to maintain context across sessions and may be reviewed in aggregate, anonymized form to improve the quality of coaching responses. You can delete your conversation history at any time from your account settings.

6. Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:

  • Service providers: Payment processors, hosting providers, email delivery services, and analytics tools that help us operate the Platform
  • AI providers: To process AI coaching interactions (subject to their privacy policies and data processing agreements)
